Because I’ve walked this path too.

Hi, I’m Katie.

When I look back on that tired, struggling version of me, I remember how frustrated and overwhelmed I felt. Trying to figure it out by myself, hopping from one quick fix to another and feeling deeply uncomfortable in my skin.

It took me years to find my way back home to myself. To feel confidant and at peace in who I am.
Yet today, I feel happier, more energetic and alive than I did 20 years ago.

The Body Wisdom Path is the culmination of more than a decade of experience in the fields of nutrition, mindset, somatics and embodiment, coupled with the depth of understanding borne from my own personal healing journey.

This program is the exact blueprint I’ve used to find my happy weight, clear my adult acne, experience pain-free periods, feel safe in my skin and true freedom in my body.

Of course, I’m still a work in progress. (After all, I’m your guide, not your guru!)

FAQs


  • This program is designed for busy women like you to be easy to achieve yet powerful, and to fit with the demands of a hectic life. Videos are short and to the point, and you can access the community as much or as little as works for you. You’ll have access to each week’s training videos on a Monday (60 mins max). Coaching calls are on a Thursday for 60 mins (and they’re all recorded in case you miss any).

    Each woman learns at her own pace and after the first week or two you will find the rhythm that works best for you. The most important element to this is your commitment to change – the rest will take care of itself.

  • The short answer is - yes! Although each woman’s symptoms will show up differently, in The Body Wisdom Path we will look beyond symptoms and address the root cause of imbalance. Any diagnosis which affects your hormones will have several key drivers, which you’ll learn about in this program. You’ll also discover simple tools to start working on these from the beginning so you can make informed decisions, helping you move forward with greater clarity and ease.

  • No! Food is an essential foundation for hormone health and you’ll have access to delicious recipes and guidance on the best foods to support you. But food is only part of the puzzle. We’ll be taking a holistic approach which includes nutritious foods, lifestyle changes, mindset shifts and embodiment tools that together have the power to transform your health for good.

  • Our group calls are a safe, nurturing space for you to show up exactly as yourself and be welcomed. How much you choose to share is completely up to you. You can still be quiet and get massive results! As a natural introvert myself, I know this firsthand. You can also email me any questions ahead of the Q&A call and I will read them out if you feel more comfortable with that.

  • The Body Wisdom Path provides the foundational tools you need to transform your relationship with your body, your cycle, your mood and your emotional wellbeing.
