I’m a Registered Nutritionist, Mindset Coach, Embodiment Guide, Functional Medicine Practitioner + Writer.

Over the last decade, I’ve helped hundreds of women reclaim their health and remember what it feels like to love their body.

I’ve had the privilege of guiding them to achieve the results they dream of – glowing skin, pain-free periods, healthy digestion, effortless weight loss and a peace and freedom in their body that is the fullest kind of abundance imaginable.

My gift is my intuition. I hold up a mirror to the real you – the you before the world got in the way – so you can remember your light and reconnect to your inner wisdom.

This feels like coming home.

When this happens, you begin to trust yourself and feel confident in who you are so you can become the creator of your own life again.

My Story

Like many women, I spent years deeply disconnected from my body.

Engaged in a constant battle of fixing myself, I bounced from one so-called “miracle” cure to another without any real relief from my brain fog, anxiety, acne and irregular cycles.

I relied on the Pill to keep my skin clear and the worst of my PMS at bay. This did nothing to help my mood, of course, so I threw myself into working hard and partying even harder to distract from that feeling of being a stranger in my body.

Food became another way to cope. I swung between comfort eating, guilt and denial in what felt like an endless vicious cycle.

The crazy thing was, people would comment on how calm and together I seemed, so adept was I at masking how I really felt. Yet underneath the people-pleasing exterior, I was a bubbling cauldron of anxiety and felt deeply uncomfortable in my own skin.

Finally, I knew something had to change.

the first step…

In a rare moment of intuitive guidance (at the time at least…!), I found my way to nutrition and started healing my relationship with food, going on to train for four years as a Registered Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Practitioner.

Finding a way of eating that worked for me created radical improvements in my skin, my energy and my mental clarity. I truly loved working with clients and helping them experience similar benefits too.

And yet… something was missing.

I still felt at odds with my body and spent most of my time trying to micro-manage it, always with a lingering anxiety that if I let go of the proverbial reins I’d be back where I started – or worse.

Hardly the stuff health dreams are made of.

It was only when I invested in a coach that I began to understand how my thoughts and emotional wellbeing had just as much impact on my physical health as the food I was eating.

Excited to learn more so I could help my clients experience the incredible shifts I was feeling, I jumped into further training as a Mindset Coach.

Around the same time, I discovered ecstatic dance and started remembering what it was like to enjoy moving my body.

I began to feel free again.

But Life, it seems, had more lessons to teach me about the true meaning of whole-body wellbeing.

In September 2021, just as I was finishing my coaching diploma, I was involved in a serious car crash. After a week in hospital, I was released to recover at home with a broken pelvis and some rather epic cuts and bruises. Given the state of my poor car, I was lucky to be alive.

I’ll be honest: there’s nothing like spending three months on the sofa, wondering if you’ll ever walk properly again – let alone dance - to realign your perspective on your body.

Boy, did that mindset training come in handy then. The Universe certainly has a funny sense of timing.

After all my years of study, here I was getting a (literal) crash course in what it meant to truly trust my body at the deepest level.

As I was forced to stop doing all the things and surrender to the recovery process, I finally started to get it…

 The miracle formula is not a diet, a product or a lifestyle hack.

The miracle is your own body’s instinctive capacity to heal.

The quiet yet powerful wellspring of health that’s available when you get out of your own way long enough to let it do its thing.

The truth is, your body WANTS to be well.

You don’t need fixing because at the deepest level there is nothing wrong with you.

Your symptoms are simply your body’s way of getting your attention, so you can identify and let go of the barriers and blocks that are preventing you from remembering your true potential.

And that’s exactly what I help my clients with today.

Though I would certainly not recommend choosing this type of wake-up call, it has turned out to be one of my greatest gifts.

Today I feel happier, stronger, more vibrant and alive than I did 20 years ago.

I deeply trust my body and know intuitively how to feel good, without guilt or deprivation.

Best of all, I LOVE guiding other women to experience their own transformation and remember what it’s like to feel safe, free and confident in the skin they’re in.

No matter how harsh the realignment may seem, I believe Life always gives you what you need at the time that you need it.
