I’ve been where you are now. A series of health challenges in my teens followed by a hectic London lifestyle had left me run-down and stressed. I felt tired all the time and had a number of nagging unresolved health issues. This should not be the status quo at any age, and after a while I realised something needed to change.
As a lifelong foodie, I had always been fascinated by the link between what we eat and how it can make us feel. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. However it was only when I started studying nutrition that the real “a-ha” moment came. I began to realise just how much of our health can be determined by what we put into our bodies.
I’m not a believer in deprivation or quick fixes, so it was important to me that any change I made had to be sustainable – and, most importantly, enjoyable! As my knowledge of the medicinal powers of food grew I started to include the essential nutrients my body had been crying out for, without me realising it. The improvements to my digestion, energy levels, sleep and mood were profound. I finally felt happy in my own skin again.
By using targeted nutrition and lifestyle advice, I now help women find the right tools to reclaim their health, balance their bodies and live a full, happy and vital life.
